Girgenti catches a rocket with new Nat Geo Docuseries set for 2024 Tribeca Film Festival "International Premiere"

Girgenti was casted approximately a year or so ago for a docuseries titled “The Stanford Prison Experiment: Unlocking the Truth”. Originally Michael was hired to portray a character named “Guard Andre”. Due to an unusual circumstance on set that MG calls divine, Michael was asked to also fill in and step up to portray “Dr. Philip Zimbardo” whom the whole series is based around. Girgenti plays two characters in this up and coming docuseries that is scheduled for release later this Fall 2024 with distribution through Nat Geo / Hulu, including an “International Premiere” to the world market at Tribeca Film Festival in New York City, Friday, June 14th. This project is extremely buzzworthy. By high demand already, TFF has added a second screening on June 16th. The first date is completely sold out.
